8-Hour Fall Prevention - English-V2 (SST307-FPR-E-0.8CEUs)


Description
Fall prevention online course provides training for workers on how to recognize, avoid, minimize, and correct fall hazards on job sites. The course will cover fall hazards, competent person responsibilities, types of fall protection systems, calculation of fall distances, and decide on proper anchorage points among other things.

This course provides student a 0.8 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) needed to meet the Site Safety Training (SST) requirements of NYC Local Law 196 which is 40 hours of Site Safety Training or 4 CEUs. This course, combined with OSHA 30 and 2 Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness Course will complete the NYC Local Law 196 requirement. A New York City construction worker can only then get an SST card which will qualify him/her to work.
