Description
The 2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness online class provides training for workers about drug and alcohol, the effects on the body, addiction consequences, dependence disorders and how they affect people especially in the workplace. You will also learn how to avoid working under the influence to steer clear of fatal accidents and the danger it may cause in the Construction Industry.

This course provides student a 0.2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) needed to meet the Site Safety Training (SST) requirements of NYC Local Law 196 which is 40 hours of Site Safety Training or 4 CEUs. This course, combined with OSHA 30 and 8 Hour Fall Prevention will complete the NYC Local Law 196 requirement. A New York City construction worker can only then get an SST card which will qualify him/her to work.
